Muffin-Cranberry Orange

Aunt Kay's Cranberry Orange starts with fresh cranberries to give the sweet and tender batter a slightly tart counterpoint. We add fresh-squeezed orange juice and orange zest, along with a dash of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom to round out the flavor.
